People with partners are, by and large, happier. But when the relationship becomes strained, anger, fear and sadness can take over. It is common for couples to fight, with disproportionate ferocity, over the most trivial of matters. Often, these quarrels are actually a cry for help; a subconscious attempt to make a connection.

  • Do you sometimes feel lonely in your relationship?

  • Do you feel like you can never do anything right?

  • Does your relationship no longer feel as ‘familiar’ as it once did?

  • Do you feel unable to reach your partner?

  • Do you have different sexual needs?

  • Do you feel that you are not important to the other person?

  • Do you have no idea what is going on in their minds?

  • Have you been living apart, emotionally if not physically, for too long?

  • Do you aspire to treat each other more lovingly, if only for the sake of your children?

Did you answer 'Yes' to one or more of these questions? Do you yearn for a more loving relationship; to rekindle the feelings you feared may be lost for good? Then you are most welcome at my practice, Nestwarmte.
